I would love to feature your music as the theme music for the new
Get Great Gigs Podcast.
Are you up for a small creative project?
In the past I’ve held contests for the Biz Booster Hot Tip theme music. I’ve rotated themes and have been using my current theme music for a while, taken from Future Dance created by the UK band Curfew.
Now I would like to feature a new piece for the upcoming podcast. Here are the details if you would like to submit a piece for consideration.
- Instrumental Music Only
- It needs to be upbeat immediately, snappy, punchy, jingle-like intro- NO long build-up
- Intro and outro need to only be about 30-45 seconds combined leaving room for fades (apx. 15 or so sec. intro and 15 or so seconds outro)
- Any style
- You must own the Copyright
- Submit in MP3 format
The winner will be featured each week on the podcast with a thank you and a link to their website.
I will also offer two free, one-hour coaching calls as my thanks. This will include a website review and Zoom meetings with an mp3 of each call provided after each call. Check out my Strategic Coaching for Touring Artists programs to see all that this can mean to help boost your career.
Sure, I could get some canned music like all the other podcasters, BUT, I work with such talented, amazing musicians, I’d much rather feature something you created and give you a shout out.
If you would like to submit something, send it along starting now. I’ll be receiving submissions through Monday, May 6, 2019, about three weeks from today.
If you need to refresh your memory of what the current Biz Booster theme sounds like to get a feel for what I’m going after length-wise, check out today’s Biz Booster on the blog. Booking Gigs Around Festivals
Please send your MP3 submission by email to jg@performingbiz.com with the subject line: Podcast Theme Music
Then I’ll select the top 3 and put it up for a vote from the Biz Booster community. You’ve helped me select some real gems in the past. I know I can count on you again.
Submission Deadline is Monday, May 6, 2019
I can’t wait to hear what you you’ll be sharing. Then I can’t wait to share your creation with the world.
Cheers,
Jeri
